Founder and Principal.

Elizabeth Nassar, MBA, RN

Raised in Seattle, and shaped early by a deep connection to healthcare, Elizabeth built her career at the intersection of patient care and clinical operations. She spent more than a decade leading complex clinical management in one of the country’s busiest ICUs, developing a sharp instinct for what it takes to run high-stakes systems reliably under pressure. She later earned her MBA from Boston University with a focus in health sector management, strengthening her ability to translate strategy into real-world execution.

Tessellate Solutions was born from a clear gap she saw repeatedly: early clinics and Healthtech startups needing experienced operational guidance, without having the liquidity to hire a full-time executive. Her answer was a model that fits the stage: practical consulting paired with fractional support.

Elizabeth has served as COO of healthtech startups and was a key member of the founding team behind a biotech diagnostics company, with leadership spanning fundraising, strategic partnerships, and operations. Paired with her frontline clinical operations background, that experience enables her to help teams build structure, improve execution, and scale with clarity.
